The Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival — now officially the Wisconsin & Beer Lovers Festival — is presented by the Wisconsin Brewers Guild and held at The Bavarian Bierhaus' Old Heidelberg Park Grounds in Glendale, Wisconsin. The 2026 edition on June 13 brings together more than 60 breweries, distilleries, wineries, cideries, and non-alcoholic beverage makers for a full afternoon of tasting from noon to 5 PM.
General admission tickets ($65) include free beverage and food samples, live music, and the chance to mingle directly with craft brewmasters. VIP tickets ($85) add an exclusive early entry hour from noon to 1 PM with special tastings not available to general admission. Designated driver tickets are available at $20 (GA) and $30 (VIP).
The festival moved to The Bavarian Bierhaus in 2025, bringing a fitting new home for a celebration of Wisconsin's brewing heritage. The expanded format now encompasses not just craft beer but the full spectrum of Wisconsin beverages, creating what organizers call a "Wisconsin Lovers" experience.
The Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival has its roots in the Wisconsin Brewers Guild's mission to promote and celebrate the state's vibrant craft brewing scene. The Guild, which represents Wisconsin's independent craft breweries, created the festival as a flagship tasting event where beer lovers could meet brewmasters face-to-face and sample the breadth of Wisconsin craft beverages.
The festival underwent a significant transformation in 2025, moving from its previous location to The Bavarian Bierhaus' Old Heidelberg Park Grounds in Glendale and rebranding as the Wisconsin & Beer Lovers Festival. The new name and location reflected an expanded vision: the event now showcases not just craft beer but also Wisconsin distilleries, wineries, cideries, and non-alcoholic beverage makers. The Bavarian Bierhaus, with its German-inspired outdoor park grounds, provides an ideal setting for this celebration of Wisconsin beverages.
Organized jointly by the Wisconsin Brewers Guild and Discover the North Shore, the festival has become a signature summer event for the Milwaukee metro area. With more than 60 participating beverage makers and a format that encourages direct interaction between attendees and producers, the festival embodies the community spirit of Wisconsin's craft beverage movement.
