The Kansas City Brew Fest is a winter craft beer celebration held at the iconic Union Station in Kansas City, Missouri. The 2026 edition took place on Saturday, February 21, with two general admission sessions: 1 PM to 4 PM and 5 PM to 8 PM. The festival features over 45 breweries pouring 120+ beers, live music, and Kansas City's best food trucks.
General admission tickets are $50 per session. Early Admission tickets ($65) include an additional hour from noon to 1 PM featuring rare and limited beers. Designated driver tickets are $20 cash at the door. Food is sold separately. All attendees must be 21 or older.
The Kansas City Brew Fest brings craft beer enthusiasts together inside one of the city's most cherished architectural landmarks — Union Station. Originally opened in 1914, Union Station served as one of the largest train stations in the country before a landmark $250 million renovation in 1999 transformed it into a civic attraction. Hosting a beer festival inside this grand Beaux-Arts building adds historic grandeur that few other festivals can match.
Presented by Drink Eat Play, the KC Brew Fest offers a winter event that takes advantage of Union Station's indoor spaces. While many beer festivals are warm-weather outdoor affairs, the KC Brew Fest gives Kansas City beer lovers something to look forward to in February.
