Burp Fest at Delaware Beer Wine & Spirits Showcase 2026

The Delaware Beer, Wine & Spirits Showcase was born around 2012 with a mission to celebrate the full breadth of Delaware's beverage industry in a single event. Unlike most beer festivals that focus exclusively on craft beer, the Showcase embraces the state's entire craft beverage landscape — breweries, wineries, and distilleries alike. This inclusive approach reflects the reality of Delaware's beverage scene, where small-batch producers across all categories are making names for themselves.

The choice of the Delaware Agricultural Museum and Village as the venue adds a layer of meaning that a convention center or parking lot simply cannot match. The museum, located on the historic DuPont Highway in Dover, preserves and celebrates Delaware's agricultural heritage — and in many ways, the craft beverage industry is an extension of that agricultural tradition. Walking through the museum's exhibits while sampling locally crafted beers, wines, and spirits creates a connection between past and present that organizers Event Allies have intentionally cultivated.

The 2026 edition is particularly significant, marking both the showcase's 15th year and Delaware's role in the nation's 250th anniversary celebration. Special commemorative beers have been brewed for the occasion, and the event will feature a toast to Delaware 250 along with craft cocktails made from classic recipes.
